I purchased a Hitachi 50 4K in Oct. 2020. First few months very good functioning, in Nov. 2021 a line appeared on the screen, information technology notwithstanding connected to work well so I did non bother. A few days agone half the screen became nighttime. Took it to a professional person, told the backlight and screen both need to change. Toll to do this is appx TT$3,500, cost more than I paid for it. I am a Retiree living on a stock-still income, thought I will have this Television set for at least 5 years. I purchased based on by reviews and the TV was not tampered with. Really Disappointed.

I bought two TVs from Skilful Guys, i 65inch and i fifty inch Telly. Such bad reception, bad remote control, does not work, like to return information technology back. It's has such a bad user control. No way to contact them. Poor client service.

Purchased a Hitachi tv from hsn. Information technology did not last two years. Customer service is a joke. Will never buy a hitachi products again..and then we ** you bought one send information technology back. Save your time and coin. I should had looked at the reviews on hitachi.

Bought Hitachi LCD/LED 65' television on price in 2016. Today 24/12/2020 the Hitachi sign on the front is flashing from crimson to white (red - off, white - on), remote has no consequence, transmission controls have no effect. The TV lasted 4 years , previous tv'south I endemic, I usually gave to someone else, never less than 9 years of service. The dauntless new world of designed to break.

We purchased a 42" Hitachi Plasma Tv in 2006 to replace a perfectly good RCA tv nosotros had since 1989. The Hitachi had the best input/output lath of whatsoever tv I've ever encountered. It had an south-video output and so you could hook a DVD recorder upwardly to it and get a good quality recording. Yet after a year I heard a loud pop. The Idiot box was non fifty-fifty on but something exploded inside. Hitachi agreed to supplant the part but I had to pay for labour. The Tv set worked ok for most 7 more years. The next issue involved any power outage. When the ability went back on it took the Tv near a calendar week later to decide to power on. At that place was also a loud hum that drove the family crazy so I finally junked it in 2017. Just I'll never observe another Tv with an s-video output and that is a feature I can use!

Do not waste your money and your time. If you purchase a Hitachi TV, yous gonna definitely waste product your time and fretfulness while calling their worst customer service. Believe me. I purchased a tv seven months agone. Since the very first we had problem with the control. We should printing the buttons very hard. After 2 months some shadows showed upwards through the screen. Sometimes it all of a sudden turns off and turns on automatically and sometimes information technology stays off and nosotros can't turn it on.
When you call customer service, y'all will receive nothing just waiting, waiting on the line or waiting for them to decide on your apparatus. They do not attempt to solve your trouble. The worst customer service I've ever seen in my whole life.

This TV is a little more than than two years old. The screen blinks on & off. Sounds is withal there yet the picture alternates between black & white. Information technology'south a shame that these TVs piece of work for a couple of years only to cease upward in a landfill.

I would not recommend Hitachi TV's. Inside a couple months of ownership, the screen went blackness. Sometimes yous can hear the show but non run across information technology and it gets worse the longer yous apply! I accept not been able to speak to a representative. The phone number is automatic and then asks me to leave a bulletin for someone to return my call.
